We offer specialized registration forms tailored for athletes competing in our events and officials looking to enhance their skills through our seminars. Our forms are designed to be straightforward, ensuring we collect the essential details needed for a smooth experience.
Athlete Registration
Download the ANNUAL MEDICAL INSPECTION, SEROLOGY and 7 DAY PRE COMP INSPECTION here. You will need to make an appointment with your GP/Doctor to complete these forms.
Once completed, you can register and upload your medicals.
Coach/Gym Registration
Become a recognised accredited MMAA Gym & Coach and access specialised information only members of MMAA have access to.
